Yes, Morash Homes carries liability insurance and its employees are covered by Workers Compensation. Of course, you must carry homeowner's construction insurance on your home to protect against fire, theft or damage. If you are buying a turnkey home from Morash Homes, we will carry the insurance for the term of construction.
Certainly - we will give you an allowance for these items and you can choose them from our local suppliers. If you would like something special, you pay the difference, if any.
All our homes are covered by the 7-year Atlantic Home Warranty, which is the warranty program required by most banks and financial institutions. Check their website www.ahwp.org for details.

If you already own the building lot, you would be required to pay us in three or four stages, as the construction proceeds. Your bank will arrange these draws. If you are buying a home that we are building for sale, then the full amount will be due upon closing. In this case, a deposit is required.
Find a plan or two that you like, call us for an appointment, and we will give you an idea of the cost. Following your selection of the perfect plan, visit your bank to arrange financing. We will either have the plans drawn for you or you can order them yourself. Once a building lot is acquired, and depending on weather conditions, we can get started
